Embodied Inner Work

Fierce Grace is Yours

For those doing the work.

For those who know they’re in deep transition.

It’s an opportune time to journey into your heart temple and continue the Work of Release.

Go into that space and look around. What needs to come out of the shadows? What can be cleaned up? Thrown out? Lovingly acknowledged?

Are there tears? Rage?

Does betrayal live there?

How important is it to hold onto the pain? Would you perish without it?

Would you thrive?

Work with your lifeforce energy within your physical body. Move it. Breathe into it.

How do we simultaneously keep it strong and flexible? Is it too yielding? Too rigid? Does your spine want more hydration? More kundalini energy?

Release Work is a constant, to be sure. There’s opportunity to let go with each moment, every breath.

I want to create, shine, move, celebrate.

How can we cultivate these qualities?

Expression! Express from your heart. Don’t concern yourself with perfection. Simply find as many outlets for expression as possible.

I’ve come to understand recently that being an expert in acknowledging, expressing and experiencing my own Painbody is something I’ve mastered.

I’m a master at feeing pain, finding more, searching constantly for betrayal.

We don’t always have to live in constant pain. We can acknowledge it. And we can let it go.

As many times as it takes.

What can we do in place of constantly experiencing our own Painbody?

Answer- we can instead seek to explore and Master our Potential.

For me, mastering my potential feels HUGE. Scary. Overwhelming.

This is precisely how I know it’s the thing I most want-need-desire to BE, DO.

I may not know how to do this new Work, but I’m clear it’s what is called for in this new era. And, I’m clear that I would love to do this Work alongside you.

Holding your hand. Stepping forward. Facing the fierce GRACE of potential.h a business.
