If you need some quick clarity or guidance on a particular issue, or need a “tune-up” or check-in to make sure you’re on the right track, this is for you. We’ll identify what you need help with, and come up with solutions and a plan of action.
Sometimes you need support and/or to be heard and understood. This one-time session can help. I listen with compassion and non-judgement.
If you need ongoing support and accountability, I also offer packages: 3-month and 6-month.
